Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Danielle Zalewski, and I have a passion for healthy living! The interest started when I was looking for natural ways to help cope with my anxiety and depression. I have dealt with these mental disorders ever since I was a little girl. As I got older, I conducted my own research on the topic. I found that diet and exercise play a positive role in alleviating the symptoms of these disorders (shocker, right?). I realize I am not the only one who is going through these things, and I wanted to share my own experiences and findings with a larger audience.
